At 1700 meters over the sea level, the vineyard of the estancia* is french style grown: one meter high and a plantation's density of 10'000 plants by hectare. They are the highest grapes of Mendoza.
This small valley has a microclima with a high temperatures amplitude between day and night, receiving a large quantity of sun and pure fresh air. Although the oenologic expression is still in developmental stage because of grape's youth, the wine will surely be complexe, of a nice colour, animated and aromatic. The rest will be dicted by the nature laws.

The wine vault has as specific characteristics the non using of electricity, natural light and candle as unique illumination. Besides, the temperature and moisture are optimal and natural.
