Natural food, back over bread, home made jellies and jams, jars of peaches and other seasonal fruits, fresh cow's milk, eggs and products of the vegetable garden. The estancia has a simple but typical gastronomy, using what nature provides, without breaking the habitat.

We are also proud to product our homemade red wine "Un lugar en los Andes"*, which our guest have available in our cave and would try on each occasion.
